Job Purpose:

Plan and build a profitable database within ACM's Marketing Department, by conducting optimal researches aimed at target audiences and providing support to the Sales/Marketing teams.

You will work within a dedicated marketing team and receive regular training and mentoring from an experienced Line Manager in order to provide you with the customized tools and techniques to meet your targets.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop strong knowledge about each ACM conference within your assigned portfolio using all available information including; topic brief, sales brief, brochures, web sites, post-show reports.
  • Plan and build databases of key contacts within the industry/conferences handled under the Marketing Department.
  • Meet daily and weekly data build targets set by management within specified deadlines.
  • Mine for information using multiple resources (web search, publications, etc.) effectively and creatively to build qualified lists of prospects.
  • Research additional sources of database continuously.
  • Contribute to generating data build methods.
  • Adhere to quality standards of the CRM Database process, ensuring completion and update of all relevant lists.
  • Work closely with internal departments to track list performance.
  • Maintain the performance, integrity and security of the database.
  • Uphold the core values and vision of ACM at all times with a strong, positive and customer orientated approach to clients.
Education:

BS /BA required (Business Administration, PA, PR, Journalism, Literature)

Experience:

0 to 1 year in a similar role requiring extensive research and data entry

Job Purpose:

A pivotal role in the success of ACM’s conference portfolio, you will be calling existing or potential customers on a daily basis to achieve ACM’s delegate acquisition and revenue growth objectives for each conference. The role focuses on having a sound knowledge of ACM brands and events and using this knowledge to generate client interest, qualify prospects, and close deals. You will work within a dedicated delegate sales team and receive regular training and mentoring from an experienced Line Manager in order to provide you with the customized tools and techniques to meet your targets.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop strong knowledge about each ACM conference within your assigned portfolio using all available information including; topic brief, sales brief, brochures, web sites, post-show reports.
  • Create and build a targeted Marketing List using the CRM system for each conference within your assigned portfolio, according to the countries specified by the Producer.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects for your assigned conferences by researching relevant companies online and adding them to the Marketing List in the CRM system.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, generating qualified leads that meet the set qualification criteria and based on the agreed upon KPIs (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  • Generate delegate sales revenue in line with or above agreed targets and objectives.
  • Work closely with Line Manager to ensure agreed KPIs are consistently met.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the Project Teams for your assigned conferences, providing updates on pipelines and customer feedback.
  • Enter, complete, and maintain accurate and timely sales data on the CRM, updating clients’ contact details where applicable.
  • Dispatch, receive and review signed contracts from clients ensuring that all recorded information is clear and accurate.
  • Ensure that all contracts are processed by the Accounting & Finance department and shared with the Operations Manager for your assigned conference.
  • Coordinate with the Credit Control to ensure all payments are made in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Attend conferences on-site to facilitate client satisfaction, network and generate new leads.
  • Uphold the core values and vision of ACM at all times with a strong, positive and customer orientated approach to clients.
Education:

BS /BA preferred

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a sales job preferably with experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service

Job Purpose:

A key role within the event team, the conference producer is responsible for creating the conference content and agenda. The role requires you to have the ability to research and develop commercially attractive and high quality event programs. You will be comfortable communicating with and gaining support from senior level executives and decision makers during your research and speaker invitation process.

The role of a conference producer is to also function as a project leader and content expert for each event. You will have excellent time management skills, be commercially minded, possess strong project coordination ability and have effective communication skills for both written and spoken English.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop strong, well researched ACM conference programmes in line with the topic brief provided by the production team leader.
  • Create and build a contact database of prospective speakers, sponsors and event partners.
  • Complete telephone research with the events target audience to understand the challenges and opportunities present in the market.
  • Develop the event strategy and to write a high quality conference agenda.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects for your assigned conferences by researching relevant companies online and adding them to the Marketing List in the CRM system.

Job Purpose:
